The Project will not further change the environmental impact findings of the adopted IS/MND, therefore pursuant to Section 15162(b) of the CEQA Guidelines no further CEQA review is required. B. Minor Use Permit No. MUP 22-08 and Variance No. VAR 22-01 Project Description: The Hilton hotel is requesting for a height variance of 50’-4” instead of the maximum height of 48’-0” to one of the buildings to accommodate a new rooftop bar and restaurant. The rooftop bar and restaurant will seat up to 123 guests and it will be equipped with speakers and televisions. The proposed hours of operation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., daily .
