property is proposing to build a new four-unit multi-family project that is subject to the City’s
Multi Family Architectural Design Review process. You have the opportunity to comment on
the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below:
A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15332 from the California Environmental Quality
Act (CEQA) for an In-fill Development Project; and
B. Multiple-Family Architectural Design Review No. MFADR 22-03
Project Description: The Applicant is proposing a new, four-unit multi-family development
which will comprise of two, three-story, Contemporary-style buildings. Each of the units will
range between 1,255 to 1,283 square feet of living area and will each have an attached two-
car garage. Additionally, two required guest parking spaces and required common open space
will be provided.
