property is proposing to build a new two story single-family residence and Accessory Dwelling
Unit (ADU) that is subject to the City’s Single- Family Architectural Design Review process.
You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the
project described below:
A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 from the California Environmental Quality
Act (CEQA) for the new construction of one single-family dwelling; and
B. Single-Family Design Review No. SFADR No. 23-07
Project Description: A new 3,432 square foot two-story, Mediterranean-style residence with
an attached 450 square foot two-car garage, and a 502 sf detached Accessory Dwelling Unit
(ADU).
