property is proposing build a new, two-story Tuscan-style home that is subject to the City’s Single-
Family Architectural Design Review process. You have the opportunity to comment on the project
prior to the City making a decision on the project described below:
A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 from the California Environmental Quality
Act (CEQA) for the new construction of one single-family dwelling; and
B. Single-Family Architectural Design Review No. SFADR No. 22-18
Project Description: The Applicant is proposing a new 4,858 square-foot, two-story, Tuscan-
style residence with an attached 833 square-foot three-car garage, a 45 square-foot covered
front porch, and 607 square-foot rear covered patio.
Lot Size: 14,560 square feet
Existing Building Size (excluding the garage): 1,985 square feet
New Building Size (excluding the garage): 4,858 square feet
Floor Area Ratio Proposed: 5,331 square feet (36.6%)
Floor Area Ratio Allowed: 6,324 square feet (43.4%)
Comment Period: Thursday, April 20, 2023 to Thursday, May 4, 2023
