Altura Road APN: 5776-017-005 Notice of Pending Decision—Major AM 23-01 NOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that the property owner of the subject property is requesting a Major Administrative Modification for a reduced street-side yard setback for a single story addition. You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15301(e) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines for additions to existing structures; and B. Major Administrative Modification No. Major AM 23-01 Project Description: A modification request to allow a single story addition to an existing single family house to have a reduced street-side yard setback of 15’4” whereas a setback of 20 feet is required. The addition will have the same street-side setback as the existing house. The addition will allow for an interior remodel to create an additional bedroom, kitchen and family room, and three car garage. The Rancho Santa Anita Residents (Lower Rancho) ARB approved the design.
