You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A.Categorical Exemption per Section 15301(e)(1) from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as an addition to an existing structure; and B.Single-Family Design Review No. SFADR No. 23-10 Project Description: The Applicant is proposing to convert an existing attic area of a 2,125 square foot, single-story residence into an 805 square foot, new habitable second-floor. The new second-floor area will remain outside of all the required setbacks. The existing roof and the total height of the residence will not change.
