You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15301(e) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for an addition to an existing structure; and B. Single-Story Architectural Design Review No. SSADR 22-20 and Major Administrative Modification No. Major AM 22-06. Project Description: The Applicant is proposing a single story addition of 70 square feet to an existing, legal nonconforming unit (Unit #3). The project also includes an interior remodel of Unit 1.
