`6 MRX E,9S, Arcadia takes great pride in its diversity and is committed to the
inclusion and advancement of all persons regardless of race, ethnicity, national origin,
religion, age, or gender; and
`D1NIEW,AS, the Jewish community is a vital part of Arcadia's fabric and the
community's story of faith, hope, love, and survival are a key strength of this City; and
'W'XMM.AS, Arcadia vehemently opposes antisemitism and all forms of hatred,
recognizing that Jewish community members still experience hate, prejudice, discrimination,
violence, and Holocaust denial and distortion in 2023; and
`GMga-AS, Jewish Peoples have been engrained in the fabric of America since its
inception, fighting in all wars this country has undertaken, and are inclusive of all
communities, in every way; and
`GMWAS, Arcadia condemns all forms of hatred and prejudice, and supports
educational efforts on Holocaust programs to counter intolerance and discrimination; and
`Gl�'1it RW, victims of antisemitism are urged to report any incidents to local law
enforcement, so perpetrators can be brought to justice and all residents can feel safe; and
%1%HEW$S, the City of Arcadia, as supporters and allies of our Jewish community,
pledge to stand against hate, bias, or violence based on identity, and remain committed to
building a community that is welcoming for all.

proclaim that:
1.) Any hate, racism, or violence perpetrated, tolerated, or encouraged by any group
or individual is not acceptable in Arcadia; and all persons deserve to be treated
with dignity and fairness.
2.) The City of Arcadia affirms that antisemitism has no place in our community and
extends its unwavering support to its Jewish community members.
