You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the new construction of one single-family dwelling; and B. Single-Family Design Review No. SFADR No. 23-03 and Removal of Health Protected Tree No. TRH 23-03 Project Description: The Applicant is proposing a new 3,685 square-foot, two-story, Prairie- style residence with an attached two-car garage.
