The project includes the following: PROJECT ADDRESS: 983 Volante Drive PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Remodel of an existing 2,416 square foot (SF) single family residence including the addition of a second story. The 2,570 SF first floor includes living, dining, kitchen, family, laundry, primary bedroom, library, office, two baths and powder. The 1,480 SF second floor includes 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and a playroom. The existing basement will be expanded by 156 SF. The 616 SF garage/ workshop will remain as is. The roof height will be 21 feet and 5 inches. The plan includes landscaping improvements to the front and rear yards. Based on comments from the first hearing, the overall building size was reduced to 3,847 SF and height 21’ 1”. Lot Size: 16,800 sq. ft. Building Size (excluding the garage): 4,050 sq. ft. Lot Coverage Proposed: 3,942/ 16,800 = 23 %. (Allowed 35%) Floor Area Ratio Proposed: 4,050 sq. ft., allowed 5,910 sq. ft. APPLICANT: James V.
