A.A Categorical Exemption from CEQA Pursuant to Section 15315 of theCEQA Guidelines — Minor Land Division; and B.Tentative Parcel Map No. TPM 22-03 (84027) Project Description: The Applicant is proposing to subdivide the airspace for an approved three-unit multi-family residential condominium development at 709 S. 2nd Second Avenue. The map also includes a 12-foot dedication to the City for future street widening purposes, which will reduce the lot area from 7,986 square feet to 7,325 square feet.
