A.A Categorical Exemption from CEQA Pursuant to Section 15315 of theCEQA Guidelines — Minor Land Division; and B.Tentative Parcel Map No. TPM 23-03 (84177) Project Description: A request to subdivide a 67,870 square foot corner lot that is zoned R-O (30,000 SF), single-family residential parcel into two legal lots that is located at 1014 Hampton Road. The newly created corner lot will be 34,153 square feet and the interior lot will be 33,716 square feet.
