HomeMy WebLinkAbout0826 (2) , , . . , ~ RESOLUTION NO. 826 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA RECOMMENDING AMENDMENTS TO THE SETBACK REGULATIONS OF THE R-O, R-l AND R-2 ZONES. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission on its own motion held a public hearing on August 14, 1973, to consider amending the provisions of the Arcadia Municipal Code relating to the setback regulations of the R-O, R-l and R-2 zones; and WHEREAS, all interested persons were given full oppor- tunity to be heard and to present evidence; NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF . ARCADIA HEREBY RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL THE FOLLOWING CHANGES IN THE ARCADIA MUNICIPAL CODE.: S:oetiea SECTION 1.
