HomeMy WebLinkAboutNoticeNOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that the property owner of the subject property is proposing to build a new two story, prairie style residence story and removal of one (1) protected tree that is subject to the City’s Single- Family Architectural Design Review process. You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the new construction of one single-family dwelling; and B. Single-Family Design Review No. SFADR No. 23-06, Protected Tree Encroachment No. TRE 23-04, and Removal of Health Protected Tree No. TRH 23-05 Project Description: The Applicant is proposing a new 3,833 square-foot, two-story, Prairie- style residence with a detached two-car garage and detached accessory recreation structure. The Applicant is also proposing to remove one (1) London Plane Tree that is within the projects footprint and encroach into the dripline of one (1) protected Juniper Tree that is within the rear setback area.
