RESOLUTION NO. 796
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA RECOMMENDING A
FEE SCHEDULE FOR MODIFICATION PROCEDURES.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, by Resolution No. 795,
has recommended that fees for modification procedures be established
by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has a recommendation to
make relative to said fees;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE PLANNING
COMMISSION HEREBY FINDS AND DETERMINES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION L That the Planning Commission recommends to
. the City Council that the fee schedules hereinafter set forth be
adopted as the fee schedules for modification procedures if and
when the City Council adopts an ordinance pursuant to the recommen-
dation contained in Planning Commission Resolution No. 795.
The recommended fee schedules are as follows:
"Before acceptance for filing of any application under
the Modification Committee Title, the City shall charge and collect
a fee of FH'teen Dollars ($15.00), plus Ten Dollars ($10.00) for
each item requested to be modified."
"Before acceptance for filing of any application .under
the Administrative Modification Title, the City shall charge and
collect a fee of Ten Dollars ($10.00)."
"There shall be an appeal fee of Twenty-five Dollars
. ($25..00) collected concurrent with the filing of any appeal under
the provisions of this Division."
SECTION 2. The Planning Commission finds that the above
schedules provide ,an equitable and reasonable basis for defraying

some of the expenditures incurred by the City in processing modifi-
cation procedures.
SECTION 3. The Secretary shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and shall cause a copy to be forwarded to the
City Council of the City of Arcadia.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was adopted
at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of
Arcadia held on the 28th
day of November , 1972, by the following
vote:

Commissioners Coghlan, Erickson, Huddy, perlis
and Reiter
NOES:
None

The follpwing is the fee sche~ule recommended by
the Planning Department, for the p~rpose of defraying the
expendi tures in'cidental to the Mod:l~ica tion proceedings:

($15.00), plus Ten Dollars ($10.00) for each item
requested to be modified."
