RESOLUTION NO. 745
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA RECOMMENDING THAT
PROPERTY AT 33 MORLAN PLACE BE CHANGED
FROM ZONE C-l & D TO C-2 & D.
WHEREAS, an application was filed on 25 June 1971, by
Snyder-Langston, Inc., on behalf of Ford Leasing Development
Company, requesting a zone change from C-l & D to C-2 & D on
property known as 33 Morlan Place, and more particularly described
as follows:

Lot 6, Tract No. 13768, in the City of Arcadia,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, as
per maP recorded in Book 273, Page 37, of Maps
in the Office of the County Recorder of said
Coun ty; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on 27 July 1971, at
which time all interested persons were given full opportunity to be
heard and to present evidence; and
WHEREAS, the proposed zone change is a continuation of the
existing land use on the applicant's adjacent land; and
WHEREAS, the proposed zone change would not adversely
affect adjacent properties and would be consistent with good
zoning practice and the intent of the general plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1. That the Planning Commission recommends to
the City Council that the above described property be reclassified
. from Zone C-l & D to C-2 & D.
SECTION 2. That good zoning practice justifies said
change of zone.

SECTION .3.
The Secretary shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was
adopted at a regular meeting of the Planning, Commission of the
City of Arcadia held on the 10th day of August
following vote:
