NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing
for the proposed project, as described below. The application includes the following:
A. A Categorical Exemption from CEQA Pursuant to Sections 15305 and
15332 of the CEQA Guidelines pertaining to Minor Changes in Land Use
Limitations and In-fill Development; and
B. Conditional Use Permit No. CUP 23-05, Architectural Design Review No.
ADR 22-11, and Planning Commission Administrative Modification No. PC

Project Description: A request to add a second drive-through lane next to the existing drive-through lane at McDonald’s restaurant located at 143 E. Foothill Boulevard. The request also includes a parking modification to allow the removal of 9 spaces on the north side of the property, resulting in 29 parking spaces in lieu of the 38 parking spaces to accommodate the new drive-through lane. The proposed hours of operation for the drive through will be from 5:00 AM to 12:00 AM, everyday.
