NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission will hold a public
hearing for the proposed project, as described below. The application includes the
following:
A. A Categorical Exemption from CEQA Pursuant to Section 15315 of the CEQA Guidelines — Minor Land Division; and
B. Tentative Tract Map No. TTM 23-02 (82513)
Project Description: The Applicant is proposing to subdivide the airspace for an approved three-story mixed-use project with four (4) residential condominium units on the upper two floors and 585 square feet of retail use on the ground floor at 405 S. 1st Avenue. The tract map will subdivide the residential units and commercial unit for condominium purposes. The map also includes a 10 -foot dedication to the City for future street widening purposes.
