HomeMy WebLinkAbout0713 . . ~ RESOLUTION NO. 713 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA RECOMMENDING AGAINST CERTAIN CHANGES IN THE REGULATIONS APPLICABLE TO THE "H" SPECIAL HEIGHT ZONE. WHEREAS, public hearings were held before the Planning Commission on the 2nd day of July 1970, the 28th day of July 1970, and the 11th day of August 1970 to consider certain proposed amendments to the regulations for ,the "H" Special Height Zone, Planning Department Case No. TA-70-9, at which time all interested persons were given a full opportunity to be heard and to present evidence. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning ~ Commission recommends to the City Council that the proposal to change the "H" Special Height RegUlations not be adopted. The Commission finds that the existing "H" Special Height Regulations are adequate. The Secretary shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and shall cause a copy to be forwarded to the City Council of the City of Arcadia. The legal description of the subject property is as follows: Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 of Block 79 of the Santa Anita Tract, in the City of Arcadia, County of Los Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded in Book No, 15, Pages 89 and 90 Maps, in the office of the County Re- corder of said county. The applicant requests a conditional use permit.
