Per Government Code Section 65009 – If you challenge this project in court or in administrative hearing,
you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described
in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Tom Walker, at or prior to the public hearing.
In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, if you need special assistance to participate in this

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Santa Anita Oaks Architectural Review Board
(ARB) will hold a public hearing for the project described below. The project includes the
following:
A.A Categorical Exemption from California Environmental Quality Act Pursuant to
Section 15303, Class 3 and
B.File Number: 300
PROJECT ADDRESS: 1330 Rodeo Rd
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Remodel of existing home on existing footprint to add second
story of approximately 2000 sq ft.
Lot Size: 35,062 sq. ft.
Existing Building Size (excluding the garage): 5,551 sq. ft.
New Building Size (excluding the garage): 8,299 sq. ft.
Floor Area Ratio Proposed: 8,299 sq. ft. and 24%
Floor Area Ratio Allowed: 9,309.3 sq. ft. and 26.5%
APPLICANT: Natalie Kazanjian
HEARING DATE AND TIME: Wednesday, Nov 8, 2023, at 5:00PM
