HomeMy WebLinkAboutNoticeNOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that the property owner of the subject property is proposing to build undertake a remodel of the existing single-family residence including a ground floor addition and a new, second story addition, encroach into the dripline of a protected tree, and Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) that is subject to the City’s Single- Family Architectural Design Review process. You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the new construction of one single-family dwelling; and B.
