property is proposing to build a new single-family residence that is subject to the City’s Single-
Family Architectural Design Review process. You have the opportunity to comment on the
project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below:
A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 from the California Environmental Quality
Act (CEQA) for the new construction of one single-family dwelling; and
B. Single-Family Design Review No. SFADR 23-12 and Protected Tree Encroachment
Permit No. TRE 23-12
Project Description: A new 7,460 square foot two story, French style residence with an
attached 660 square foot three-car garage and to encroach into the dripline of two (2)
protected trees in the front yard.

New Building Size (excluding the garage): 7,460 square feet
