The applicant requests the following Modifications and
Architectural Design Review for a detached accessory living
quarter/guest house:
1. A full kitchen in lieu of no cooking facilities.
2. A floor area of 1,463 squaze feet in lieu of the 600 squaze-
foot maximum
3. Three (3) bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms in lieu of one
(1) bedroom and one (1) bathroom allowed.
The applicant requests a Pazking Modification for 32 spaces
in lieu of 54 spaces required to allow a 9,000 square-foot
general office building to be occupied by medical uses.
