Notice of Pending Decision—Major AM 24-02
NOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that the property owner of the subject
property is requesting a Major Administrative Modification for a new three car garage for an
existing, legal non-conforming residential property. You have the opportunity to comment on
the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below:
A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15301(e) of the California Environmental Quality
Act (CEQA) Guidelines for additions to existing structures; and
B. Major Administrative Modification No. Major AM 24-02
Project Description: The Applicant proposes to build a new, three car garage to replace
three parking spots within the existing garage that are going to be converted into an
Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU). The new garage will allow the site to maintain onsite
parking in compliance with the provisions of the Development Code for the two,
existing, legal non-conforming dwellings. The new garage will be approximately 768
square feet in size and complies with all development regulations.
Comment Period: March 13, 2024 to March 27, 2024 by 5:30 PM
