Multiple Family Architectural Design Review No. MFADR 23-03, Tentative Tract Map No. TTM 23-05 (84291), Healthy Tree Removal No. TRH 23-04, and Protected Tree Encroachment No. TRE 23-10 Project Description: The City Council will review the Planning Commission’s approval of a 16 unit, detached, three-story, Contemporary style multi-family residential development and a tentative tract map to subdivide the project into condominiums. The project includes the removal of one protected Coast Live Oak tree in the front yard area and encroachment into the dripline of a protected Southern Magnolia tree in the rear yard setback.
