Per Government Code Section 65009 – If you challenge this project in court or in administrative hearing,
you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described
in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to Greg Medeiros at or prior to the public hearing.
In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, if you need special assistance to participate in this

meeting will enable the ARB to make reasonable arrangements to assure accessibility to this meeting.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rancho Santa Anita Residents Association
Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing for the project described below. The
project includes the following:
A. A Categorical Exemption from California Environmental Quality Act Pursuant to
Section 15303, Class 3 and Section 15304; and
PROJECT ADDRESS: 875 San Simeon Road
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Construction of a new 219 square foot second story addition,
above an existing first floor area. New windows are proposed on the east and south
elevations and will match new renovation windows. Overall height of the addition will be
20” 2”.
Lot Size: 17,560 sq. ft.
Building Size including addition (excluding the garage): 4,227 sq. ft.
Lot Coverage Proposed: No change to existing lot coverage
Floor Area Ratio Proposed: 4,227 sq. ft., allowed 6,062 sq. ft.
APPLICANT: Giantech Construction Inc.
HEARING DATE AND TIME: May 23, 2024 at 6:30 p.m.
PLACE OF MEETING: City Council Chamber Conference Room
