HomeMy WebLinkAboutNoticeNOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that the owner of the subject property is proposing to build a new single-family, two-story Prairie style residence that is subject to the City’s Single- Family Architectural Design Review process. You have the opportunity to provide comments prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the new construction of one, single-family dwelling. B. Single-Family Architectural Design Review No. SFADR 23-17 Project Description: The applicant is proposing a new 4,938 square foot, single-family, two- story, Prairie style residence. The residence will have an attached 306 square foot one-car garage, and a detached 508 square foot two-car garage. A 786 square foot detached accessory dwelling unit (ADU) is also proposed, but is not subject to this Single Family Architectural Design Review No. SFADR 23-17. Lot Size: 12,533 square feet (Vacant Lot) New Building Size (excluding garages, basement and ADU): 4,938 square feet.
