NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for a Conditional Use Permit as described below. The application include the following: A. Categorical Exemption from CEQA Pursuant to Section 15301(a) of the CEQA Guidelines pertaining to the use of an existing facility;
B. Conditional Use Permit No. CUP 24-03
Project Description: A Conditional Use Permit to allow a tattoo shop (dba: Secret Art Studio) within an existing building at 617 S. First Avenue. The tattoo shop will have one (1) tattoo artist and two (2) stations. The studio will operate every day from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM, except on Thursdays.
