Woodruff Avenue APN: 5787-023-032 Notice of Pending Decision— Major AM No. 24-05 NOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that the owner of the subject property is requesting a Major Administrative Modification. You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Sections 15301(e)(1) and 15305(a) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines for an addition to an existing structure and minor adjustment to the setback; and B. Major Administrative Modification No. Major AM 24-05 Project Description: The Applicant is requesting to demolish a portion of the non-permitted addition that is on the easterly side of the house, thereby increasing the interior side yard setback from 10-inches to 3’-0” which is less than the minimum required setback of 6’-2”, and legalize the remaining floor area that is approximately 91 square feet. This setback modification for the minor addition will help provide articulation and alleviate the elongated wall plane on this side of the house.
