You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15301 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the use of an existing facility, such as the existing tenant space in an existing multi-tenant commercial building; and B.
