NOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that a tenant of the
subject property is requesting a Minor Use Permit to operate a financial
institution. You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the
City making a decision on the project described below:
A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15301 from the California
Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the use of an existing facility,
such as the existing tenant space in an existing multi-tenant
commercial building; and
B. Minor Use Permit No. MUP 24-12
Project Description: A Minor Use Permit to allow a financial institution (Bank
of America) within an existing 5,024 square foot commercial tenant space.
Comment Period: September 24, 2024 to October 8, 2024 at 5:30 PM
