THE CONTRACTOR SHALL OBTAIN & PAY FOR ALL PERMITS & VERIFY GOVERNING AUTHORITIES' REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSTRUCTION. 8. MECHANICAL VENTILATION SHALL SUPPLY A MINIMUM 5 CFM OF OUTSIDE AIR, EXCEPT IN TOILET ROOMS WHERE FIVE (5) AIR CHANGES PER HOUR SHALL BE PROVIDED.
