HomeMy WebLinkAboutNoticeNotice of Pending Decision: Major AM 24-06 & ADR 24-15 NOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that the tenant of the subject property is requesting a Major Administrative Modification for a parking space reduction from 47 to 41, including a Commercial Architectural Design Review for a proposed enclosure of a covered parking space, and conversion of existing covered parking area into additional office space. You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15301(e)(1) from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for an addition to an existing structure; and B. Major Administrative Modification No. Major AM 24-06 & Commercial Architectural Design Review No. ADR 24-15 Project Description: The proposed project includes enclosure and conversion of an existing 610 square feet of open parking area into usable office space, and conversion of an existing 333 square feet of open parking area into enclosed parking and storage space. The request includes a Major Administrative Modification Application for the reduction of six (6) parking spaces as part of the project.
