is proposing to build a new single-family, two-story Prairie style residence that is subject to the
City’s Single- Family Architectural Design Review process. You have the opportunity to provide
comments prior to the City making a decision on the project described below:
A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 from the California Environmental Quality
Act (CEQA) for the new construction of one, single-family dwelling.
B. Single-Family Architectural Design Review No. SFADR 23-20
Project Description: The applicant is proposing a new 5,135 square foot, single-family, two-
story, Prairie style residence. The residence will have an attached 650 square foot three-car
garage located behind the main residence and in the rear yard.
Lot Size: 12,300 square feet
New Building Size (excluding garage, porch and patio): 5,335 square feet.
Floor Area Ratio Proposed: 5,335 square feet (43%)
Floor Area Ratio Allowed: 5,420 square feet (44%)
Comment Period: November 7, 2024 to November 21, 2024 at 5:30 PM
