HomeMy WebLinkAboutNoticeNOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that the owner of the subject property
is proposing to build a three-unit multi-family project that is subject only to the City’s Objective
Design Standards and Development Standards. The project is described below:
A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15332 from the California Environmental Quality
Act (CEQA) for an In-fill Development Project; and
B. Multiple-Family Design Review No. MFADR No. 24-06 (SB 330)
Project Description: The Applicant is proposing a new, three-unit multi-family development
which will comprises a three-story building with approximately 1,975 square feet of living area
for Units A and B, and approximately 1,700 square feet of living are for Unit C. Units A and B
will each have an attached two-car garage, and Unit C an attached three-car garage. The
development will provide two guest parking spaces, and a common open space for all units.
Note: This project is only subject to the City’s Objective Design Standards and Development
Standards. The Site Plan and Design Review process, which utilizes City ’s Multi-Family
Design Guidelines, is not applicable to this project. The project has been determined to comply
with all applicable standards and so comments are not sought from the public at this time. As
such, this notice serves to inform the public about the pending decision.
