You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Sections 15301(e)(1) and 15305(a) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines for an addition to an existing structure and minor alteration in land use limitations; and B. Single-Story Architectural Design Review No. SSADR 25-01 and Major Administrative Modification No. Major AM 24-13 Project Description: The applicant is proposing a 552 square foot, single-story addition for a new bedroom wing at the rear of an existing single-story home located at 1510 Highland Oaks Drive. A modification is also being requested for the proposed addition to have the same 6’-0” side yard setback as the existing home, in lieu of the required 8’-5” side yard setback for a length of 37’-0”. The addition will comply with all other applicable development standards.
