Per Government Code Section 65009 – If you challenge this project in court or in administrative hearing,
you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described
in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to Greg Medeiros at or prior to the public hearing.
In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, if you need special assistance to participate in this

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rancho Santa Anita Residents Association
Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing for the project described below. The
project includes the following:
A. A Categorical Exemption from California Environmental Quality Act Pursuant to
Section 15303, Class 3 and Section 15304; and
PROJECT ADDRESS: 45 Corto Road
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Demolish an existing one story 1,559 square foot (SF) single
family residence (SFR) and construct a new 4,000 (SF) two- story SFR. The dwelling
includes a living, dining, family, office, kitchen, wok kitchen, pantry, breakfast nook,
laundry, four bedrooms, four and a half baths, and a two car detached garage. The roof
height will be 26 feet and 1 inches. The plan includes landscaping improvements to the
front and rear yards.
Lot Size: 11,260 sq. ft.
Building Size (excluding the garage): 4,000 sq. ft.
Lot Coverage Proposed: 3,556/ 11,260 = 31.6 %, allowed 35%)
Floor Area Ratio Proposed: 4,136 sq. ft., allowed 4,166 sq. ft.
