NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission will hold a public
hearing for the following Project, as described below .
A.A Categorical Exemption from CEQA Pursuant to Section 15301 of the
CEQA Guidelines – Use of Existing Facilities; and
B.Conditional Use Permit No. CUP 24-10 and Architectural Design ReviewNo. ADR 25-01
Project Description: The proposal is to allow a preschool facility within an existing multi-tenant commercial building located at 21 W. Duarte Road. The preschool will accommodate up to 35 2-4 year old age children and three (3) employees. A new 2,786-square foot outdoor playground will be constructed within the existing rear parking lot. The operating hours will be Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM year-round.
