THURSDAY, DECEMBER 19, 2024, at 5:00 p.m.
CALL TO ORDER — Chairperson Brink called the meeting to order at 5:05 p.m. in the Council
Chambers Conference Room.

a. Approve the Special Meeting minutes of December 11. 2024
It was moved by Commissioner Hunter, seconded by Commissioner Miller, and carried on
a roll call vote to approve the minutes.
AYES: Brewer, Miller, Hunter, Wong, Walton, Watts, Brink
NOES: None

a. Conduct Final Judging for 2024 Holiday Decoration Awards
The ABC reviewed and judged 32 submissions for the Holiday Decoration Awards, and
the following 16 properties were the selected winners:
