The following guests attended this meeting: Candice Cheung, Gina Hernandez, Desiree Molina, Dr. Chia-Chieh Hu, Tracy Joseph, Diane Daniels, Dr. Dino Clarizio, Dr. Mark Feng, and Brian Green. Mayor Cao asked everyone at the meeting for their feedback. Dr. Feng reported the event and flow of traffic went well. Having the event indoors was a good idea due to the hot weather as it was an extremely hot day. Dr. Feng also mentioned it would be a good idea to provide free flu shots at the next health f air. Desiree Molina reported the event went well; however, her husband encountered an issue with parking. Mayor Cao responded there should be an allocated parking area for doctors next year. Dr. Clarizio reported that the USC Arcadia booth should have been the front and center booth as soon as the public walked through the doors. Dr. Clarizio reported that people were not able to hear Mayor Cao’s speech as the room was loud and the speaker volume was too low. Diane Daniels reported that the configuration was well organized for everyone. Diane Daniels also agreed that the speaker volume was too low. Diane Daniels suggested having all guest speakers in one room instead of having people move from one room to another. Brian Green reported it was a great event. RS Hernandez recommended having free lunch for everyone who works the event next year to make all vendors happy and not leave anyone out. Desiree Molina said she gave gift cards to those who did not get a free lunch, and suggested lunch should be provided to everyone who works at the event in order to avoid confusion and not leave anyone out. Council Member Wang suggested to bring media to next year’s event. Council Member Wang also suggested to have the step & repeat banner at the entrance instead of the back patio. Council Member Wang asked to have better tracking of attendees such as a sign-in sheet available at the entrance. Council Member Wang suggested asking vendors for statistics next year to know how many individuals received any of the free services offered. Council Member Wang asked if the group photos taken at the event could be emailed to her. b.
