You have the opportunity to provide comments prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 (New Construction) from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the new construction of one single-family dwelling. B. Single-Family Architectural Design Review No. SFADR 24-12 Project Description: The applicant is proposing to construct a new 4,591 square foot, two-story, Prairie-style single family residence. The residence will have an attached 719 square foot three -car garage and 338 square feet of covered porch area. An existing Elm Tree in the front yard, and California Live Oak Tree in the rear yard will be retained and protected. Lot Size: 11,222 square feet. Existing Building Size (excluding the garage): 1,314 square feet. New Building Size (excluding garage): 4,591 square feet.
