proposing to build a new single-family residence that is subject to the City’s Single-Family
Architectural Design Review process. You have the opportunity to provide comments prior to the
City making a decision on the project described below:
A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 (New Construction) from the California
Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the new construction of one single-family
dwelling.
B. Single-Family Architectural Design Review No. SFADR 24-10
Project Description: The applicant is proposing to construct a new 3,344 square foot, two-story,
contemporary-style single family residence. The residence will have an attached 429 square foot two
-car garage and 44 square feet of covered front porch area.
Lot Size: 7,655 square feet.
Existing Building Size (excluding the garage): 1,349 square feet.
New Building Size (excluding garage): 3,344 square feet.
Floor Area Ratio Proposed: 3,368 square feet (43.9%)
Floor Area Ratio Allowed: 3,444 square feet (45%)
Comment Period: February 28, 2025 to March 14, 2025 at 4:30 PM
