NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council will hold a public hearing for the appeal of the
Planning Commission’s approval of the project described below.
A. California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) –Notice of Intent to Adopt an Initial
Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting
Program (MMRP); and
B. Site Plan & Design Review No. ADR 19-09, Minor Use Permit No. MUP 19-11, Tentative
Tract Map No. TTM 21-02 (83325), and Certificate of Demolition No. COD 22-25
Project Description: Consideration of an appeal of a new five-story mixed use development
that consists of four floors of residential units (181condominium) above 13,130 square feet of
ground floor commercial space known as the “Arcadia Town Center.”
The Arcadia Town Center plans and the Draft Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration are
available for public review at:
