to build a new single-family, two-story Mediterranean style residence that is subject to the City’s Single-
Family Architectural Design Review process. You have the opportunity to provide comments prior to the
City making a decision on the project described below:
A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303(a) from the California Environmental Quality Act
(CEQA) for the new construction of one, single-family dwelling.
B. Single-Family Architectural Design Review No. SFADR 24-02
Project Description: The applicant is proposing a new 3,651 square foot, single-family, two-story,
Mediterranean style residence. The residence will have an attached 452 square foot two-car garage and a
46 square foot front porch.
Lot Size: 8,560 square feet
Existing Building Size (excluding the garage): 1,461 square feet
New Building Size (excluding the garage): 3,651 square feet
Floor Area Ratio Proposed: 3,772 square feet (44%)
Floor Area Ratio Allowed: 3,852 square feet (45%)
Comment Period: March 17, 2025 to March 31, 2025, by 5:30 PM
