is proposing to build a new two-story, single-family residence that is subject to the City’s Single
- Family Architectural Design Review process. You have the opportunity to comment on the
project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below:
A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 from the California Environmental Quality
Act (CEQA) for the new construction of one, single-family dwelling.
B. Single-Family Architectural Design Review No. SFADR No. 24-21
Project Description: The project includes a new 3,114 square foot, two-story, Prairie-style
single-family residence with an attached 446 square foot, two-car garage. The project also
includes a 497 square foot detached accessory dwelling unit (ADU) that is exempt from this

Lot Size: 8,245 square feet
Existing Building Size (excluding the garage): 1,674 square feet
New Building Size (excluding the garage): 3,114 square feet

Floor Area Ratio Allowed: 3,710 square feet (45%)
Comment Period: March 24, 2025 to April 7, 2025 at 5:30 PM
