You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the new construction of one, single-family dwelling. B. Single-Family Architectural Design Review No. SFADR No. 24-21 Project Description: The project includes a new 3,114 square foot, two-story, Prairie-style single-family residence with an attached 446 square foot, two-car garage. The project also includes a 497 square foot detached accessory dwelling unit (ADU) that is exempt from this Single Family Architectural Design Review No. SFADR 24-21.
