The project is described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15332 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for an In-fill Development Project; and B. Multiple-Family Design Review No. MFADR No. 24-05 (SB 330) Project Description: The Applicant is proposing a new, 10-unit multi-family development which comprises four, three-story, Cape Cod style buildings. Each unit will have a two-car garage, private open space, and three bedrooms. Note: This this project is only subject to the City’s Objective Design Standards and Development Standards. The project has been determined to comply with all applicable standards and so comments are not sought from the public at this time.
