HomeMy WebLinkAboutNoticeNOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that the property owner of the subject
property is proposing to build a 10-unit multi-family project that is subject only to the City’s
Objective Design Standards and Development Standards. The project is described below:
A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15332 from the California Environmental Quality
Act (CEQA) for an In-fill Development Project; and
B. Multiple-Family Design Review No. MFADR No. 24-05 (SB 330)
Project Description: The Applicant is proposing a new, 10-unit multi-family development
which comprises four, three-story, Cape Cod style buildings. Each unit will have a two-car
garage, private open space, and three bedrooms.
Note: This this project is only subject to the City’s Objective Design Standards and
Development Standards. The project has been determined to comply with all applicable
standards and so comments are not sought from the public at this time. As such, this notice
serves to inform the public about the pending decision.
Applicant: PDS Studio Inc. on behalf of the property owner, Mesa Col, LLC.
Noticing Period: Monday, March 31, 2025 to Monday, April 14, 2025
