HomeMy WebLinkAboutNoticeNOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that the owner of the subject property
is proposing to build a new single-family residence that is subject to the City’s Single- Family
Architectural Design Review process. You have the opportunity to comment on the project
prior to the City making a decision on the project described below:
A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 from the California Environmental Quality
Act (CEQA) for the new construction of one, single-family dwelling.
B. Single-Family Architectural Design Review No. SFADR No. 24-19
Project Description: The applicant is proposing a new two story, modern-ranch style
residence with a 4,185 square feet of habitable area (maximum allowed up to 4,994.8 square
feet), and an attached 494 square foot two-car garage on a 11,237 square foot lot . The project
will also include an 800 square foot, detached, permitted by-right Accessory Dwelling Unit
(ADU) but not subject to this SFADR 24-19 review. The proposed project complies with all the
Development Standards and Residential Design Guidelines.
Comment Period: April 29, 2025 to May 13, 2025 at 5:30 PM
