a new single-family residence that is subject to the City’s Single- Family Architectural Design Review process.
You have the opportunity to provide comments prior to the City making a decision on the project described below:
A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for
the new construction of one, single-family dwelling.
B. Single-Family Architectural Design Review No. SFADR 24-20
Project Description: The applicant is proposing a new two-story, single-family, contemporary-style residence
with 6,877 square feet of habitable area. The residence includes a 549 square feet of high ceiling area and an
attached 698 square foot three-car garage. The project also includes a 749 square foot detached accessory
dwelling unit (ADU) located within the rear yard. The detached ADU is not subject to this Single-Family
Architectural Design Review No. SFADR 24-20. The proposed project complies with the Development Standards
and the Residential Design Guidelines.
Lot Size: 25,000 square feet.
Floor Area Ratio Proposed: 7,426 square feet (30%)
Maximum Floor Area Ratio Allowed: 9,250 square feet (37%)
Comment Period: May 7, 2025 to May 21, 2025 at 5:30 PM
