A Categorical Exemption from CEQA Pursuant to Section 15332 of the CEQA Guidelines – In-Fill Development; and B. Multiple Family Architectural Design Review No. MFADR 24-02, Tentative Tract Map No. TTM 25-01 (84747), Protected Healthy Tree Removal Permit No. TRH 25-03, and Protected Tree Encroachment Permit No. TRE 25-05 Project Description: A request for a new eighteen-unit, three-story, Contemporary style multiple family residential development and a tentative tract map to subdivide the project into condominiums. The project also includes the removal of one protected Redwood tree located within the front setback, and to allow the development to encroach into the Protected Zone of a second Redwood tree and a Southern Magnolia tree also in the front yard.
