HomeMy WebLinkAboutNoticeNOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that the owner of the subject property is proposing to build a new single-family residence that is subject to the City’s Single- Family Architectural Design Review process. You have the opportunity to comment on the project prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the new construction of one, single-family dwelling. B. Single-Family Architectural Design Review No. SFADR No. 25-01 and Protected Tree Encroachment Permit No. TRE 25-06 Project Description: The applicant is proposing a new two-story, Italian-style single-family residence with a 7,385 square feet of habitable area (maximum allowed up to 8,156 square feet) on a 20,625 square foot lot. The residence will include an attached four-car garage. The project site includes two protected trees which will remain and will be protected during demolition and construction activity. The proposed project complies with all the Development Standards including setbacks, lot coverage, height, and floor area limits. The project also meets City’s Residential Design Guidelines.
