HomeMy WebLinkAboutNoticeNOTICE OF PENDING DECISION IS HEREBY GIVEN that the property owner of the subject site has submitted an application to construct a 742-square-foot second-story addition to an existing single- story single-family residence and a new front-facing gable element over the existing attached garage. The second story addition is subject to the City’s Single-Family Architectural Design Review process. You have the opportunity to provide comments prior to the City making a decision on the project described below: A. Categorical Exemption per Section 15303(e) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for additions to existing structures; and B. Single-Family Architectural Design Review No. SFADR 25-06 Project Description: The proposed project includes construction of a 742-square-foot second-story addition and architectural improvements to the front façade, including a gable feature over the garage. The addition includes a new interior layout featuring a powder room, laundry room, bedrooms, reading room, office, ADA-accessible bathroom, new stairs, and entryway. The addition and exterior modifications of the home are subject to the City’s Single-Family Architectural Design Review process.
